Directions for Audiology Evaluation |
880 FWY
1) From the 880 Freeway exit at Stevenson Blvd.
2) Go East on Stevenson Blvd.
3) Stay on Stevenson for approximately 1.5 miles.
4)Turn left onto Gallaudet Drive.
5) Make the first right onto CSDF Campus.
6) Turn left at the stop sign and park.

680 FWY
1)
From the 680 Freeway, exit at Mission Blvd (CA 238)
2) Turn right onto Mission Blvd., for 2.5 miles.
3) Turn left onto Stevenson Blvd.
4) Take the first right at the light onto Gallaudet Drive.
5) Make the first right onto CSDF campus.
6) Turn left at the stop sign and park.
7)You will need to get a visitor’s badge from the administration building before proceeding to the Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) building. The administration building is located at the end of the roundabout right behind the “Bear Hunt” statue. The PPS building is located directly to the left of the administration building as you face the administration building from the street.
8) After getting your visitor’s badge, proceed to the PPS building. Enter the front automatic sliding door and immediately walk to your left to go down the hallway. The audiology test suite is located in room 24 (4th door on the right).
