1. Take I-405 and take the Wilshire Blvd. exit toward Westwood/UCLA
2. Stay on Wilshire until you get to Westwood Blvd.
3. Make a left on Westwood Blvd.
4. Make a right onto LeConte Ave.
5. Make a left on Tiverton into the Center for Health Sciences
6. Go to the info booth for parking, and ask them how to get to the main entrance of the hospital from the parking lot.
7. When you get into the main hospital, go toward the info/help desk and make a right down that hall. Go all the way down until you get to the "O" elevators and go up to the 6th floor.
8. When you exit the elevators, make a right and then immediate left. 9. The office is located down the hall on the left, room 62-113.
