1. Take I-405 and take the Wilshire Blvd. exit toward Westwood/UCLA
2. Stay on Wilshire until you get to Westwood Blvd.
3. Make a left on Westwood Blvd.
4. Make a right onto LeConte Ave.
5. Make a left on Tiverton into the Center for Health Sciences
6. Go to the information booth to pick up your parking permit, provide them with your full name and they will have a parking permit waiting for you. Also at the booth, ask for directions to get to the main entrance of the hospital from the parking lot.

When you get into the main hospital, go toward the info/help desk and make a left down that hall. Go all the way down until you get to the “H” elevators. Take the “H” elevators to the 4th floor. As you exit the elevators turn right and then go through the closed door. The office will be the first one on the left hand side #47-422.
